Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Radiant Bride LLC.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our standard inventory products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of
the product. Our Special Orders products such as wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and
veils require a payment at time of placing the order. Special Orders may be canceled within
3 days of placing the order for a full refund.

Non-Special Orders

After the 7 days of receiving a non-special order the following applies:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • Buyer agrees with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. Buyer understands that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact and understand that dye lots may vary from swatches, furthermore buyer understands that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without exception.
  • Buyer understands that when purchasing a Floor Sample item, it is sold in “as is” condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyer understands that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge and is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer further understand that they will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
  • Buyer understands that all sales are final and are neither returnable nor exchangeable. No Exceptions. Buyer agree to the terms and conditions therein.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days
The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Special Orders

After the 3 days from placement of Special Orders the following applies:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • Buyer agrees with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered and understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact and understand that dye lots may vary from swatches and further understands that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without exception.
  • Buyer understands that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in “as is”condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.
  • Buyer understands that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge and is the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer further understand that they will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
  • Buyer understands that all sales are final and are neither returnable nor
    exchangeable. No Exceptions. Buyer understands and agrees to the terms and conditions therein.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to
the product during shipping, both to and from Radiant Bride LLC.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Items that are on sale, sold less than MSRP, cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can
be refunded per the terms and conditions stated above. All sales of Sale Items and Sample
Dresses are final. No refunds or exchanges on items marked as on sale.
