Style #The Estate on Coffee Creek
Northeastern Ohio's Grand River Valley wine area is home to The Estate on Coffee Creek. Two gentlemen who had just returned from the California Gold Rush built The Estate around 1840. Building the home took approximately ten years and involved the use of tons of stone from the creek bed that gave the house its name, railroad rails, and hand-carved beams.
The Estate has housed prospectors, gentlemen farmers, steam engine manufacturers, an antique auctioneer, a safe haven for the Underground Railroad, and was the setting for the Betty Davis film "The Dark Secret of Harvest Home" over the years.
In order to realize your vision for your wedding day, executive chef and proprietor Nicholas Kustala now combines old world charm with new world elegance. Providing full service, The Estate on Coffee Creek is a wedding and event planner.
